This was my first visit to this Bistro, and I like it. The atmosphere was quaint and the staff were pleasant. My order was explained, and not from the menu, kung pao chicken with shrimp. It was tasty and spicy. The sauce was a bit too clear and watery. Nothing, it was a special order. Next time, I will order from the menu.

The food is great, I always do take out as my family doesn't like Thai and every dish I've tried is great and hot when I get it home!

Friendly owner and comfortable ambiance with great Thai food. Every Thai restaurant I always try "Pad Thai". Siam Bistro ranks up there with the best.

We came in for the first time to dine in, but have been ordering take out for a long time from here. This is the best* thai spot in the area by far. Our family also all order from here when they're in town. Got our favorites, spring rolls (not pictured because we ate them too fast) summer roll, chicken pad thai, panang curry and rice, with thai tea. Everything is soo fresh -they are also very fast with getting your order out! We will be back!

They are open again! Siam was closed for several months because of a car accident... someone drove their car through the front door! This is one of our favorite Thai restaurants in the DMV (D.C.-Maryland-Virginia). It's a mom & pop setup with fantastic food and service. Each curry dish has its own authentic flavor, e.g. the green curry dish does not taste the same as the red curry. It should be a "no duh" but at other restaurants they sometimes taste all the same. So at Siam Bistro you can go through the entire menu and taste the difference of each dish. Whatever main dish you order, make sure you get a papaya salad. It's amazing! Also, get the Thai ice tea. The service is fantastic for both dine in and take out. Ask them to show you the pics of the accident. Not often you see a car in the middle of a restaurant!

Clean, pleasant service, delicious food. Very generous portions, especially for lunch! Took 1 star for bringing out our meals staggered over ten minutes. There were only three of us! Please serve parties at the same time - I'm sure most parties anticipate dining together.

We enjoyed our meals. They were appropriately portioned and the server was very prompt and friendly. The store front restaurant was pleasantly set up and comfortable. Prices were also very reasonable.

This place to me use to be really good prior to Covid and them shutting down the dining inside. As of today they still only do take out order.I order for pick up this week and the food it still good but not compare to what it use to be. This time I order Pad Cee Eew Beef $13- This dish use to be really good and comforting but this it was just ok. The noddle wasn't coated and stir fried in the soy sauce, I seen so many white spot of noodle that was still stick together with out any sauce being absorb in to the noddle. The beef was over cook and tough it might been an off day for them but I would try it again next time. Beef Laos Noddle $12.50- Being that I am half Laos this is not authentic Laos noddle soup at all. In Laos we would call it Khao Piek Sen. Don't get me wrong the soup wasn't bad but It more thai soup compare to Laos, the soup had tad of sweetness that threw me off and the broth taste almost instant powder base mix with maggi seasoning sauce. The laos way will be more savory, it have potential to be better and the broth needed to be thicker and not too liquidly. It was good after i added some fish sauce and chill oil to balance the sweet in the broth. All over i will go back to try them again but probably stick with Thai Food and not laos food.
